What happens if I need to make a change to my build after I have submitted my Final Build Sheet?

If you need to make a change to your order after your Final Build Sheet has been submitted, it is always best practice to get in touch with Hiker Trailers immediately.
There are several options that cannot be changed or modified after a trailer build has been started or ordered. But, there are times when we can accommodate late stage modifications.
If we are able to accommodate a late stage change, there will be a Change Order Fee of $250 plus or minus the change granted by Hiker Trailers. This fee helps offset rush order costs, additional labor, and other costs associated with in-production changes.
While we will do our best to build you the perfect trailer, there may be certain times when we can't approve a late stage change due to various factors. Approval of late stage changes is at the sole discretion of the Hiker Trailers Engineering team.
Change Order Fees are due at the time of the Change Order.
If you ordered through one of our Dealer Partners, you will need to contact your Dealer directly to make changes to your order.
